2009/10 CSS Committee Election
Annual General Meeting 2009
We wish to thank all the members who attended the Annual General Meeting held on 5th March at 8W1.1. Voting has begun after candidates currently running for the 8 positions of the 2009/10 CSS committee have presented their manifestos and answered questions from members and both present and past committee members.
If you were unable to attend the AGM, and still wish to vote for the next committee, you are encouraged to do so online.
Online Voting
An email should be sent to the CSS email at su2kch@bath.ac.uk providing your membership card number and the names of the candidate of your choice for all eight positions. If you feel that all candidates are not suitable for the position, you may choose RON (Re-Open Nominations) instead. All positions where a candidate's name is not provided will be treated as RON.

Rules of the Election
1.Candidates must win by at least 2 votes.
2.A re-election will be held if there are equal votes.
3.Candidates must accept the position once elected.
4.The email vote should be sent to su2kch@bath.ac.uk
5.The email should contain your MEMBERSHIP CARD NUMBER, and your name is not required.
6.The email should contain all votes for each individual post. Please be reminded that if a vote for a particular position is missing from a ballot/email then that position will be regarded as Re-Open Nominations (RON).
7.Each member can only vote ONCE using EITHER the ballot ticket or email voting. If any membership number is used twice or more in the voting (both ballot and email), all votes by that member will be discounted.
8.Deadline for online voting is 9th March, 2009 (Monday) 16:00.
9.Vote counting is on 9th March, 2009 (Monday) 17:00, results will be sent by email straight after the counting.
